First decide if you plan to camp year-
If quarterly or monthly payments work better for you, plan on a 20% deposit, add 10% to the balance and divide by 12 for the monthly amount or divide by 4 for the quarterly amount. All payments are in advance.
Full payment or deposit and 1st payment is due when RV is set up on a site.
A 5% Office processing fee will be added to credit card payments. We welcome cash or checks.
A 1.8% fee will be added for any late payment. Plan ahead for mail delivery time.
Basics:
• Rates include 2 adults & 2 children under age 18 living at home
• Guests using RV, without owner present, pay regular daily rate.
• Day guests (not staying the night) adult or child $2.00 each daily.
• Extra overnight adult $4.00 or extra child $2.00 per day.

1. ANNUAL PLUS DAILY
$900 for storage plus daily camping fee . . . Currently $32 + extra guest fees
2. ANNUAL PLUS UTILITIES
$1,800 for storage plus daily Utility fee. . . . Currently $7 + extra guest fees
3. ANNUAL UNLIMITED CAMPING
$2,600 – no daily fees except for extra guests.

4. SUMMER or WINTER PLUS UTILITIES
(Pay Utility fee during your 5 month period of time & leave RV on site the rest of the year)
$1,200 for storage plus daily Utility fee . . Currently $7 + extra guest fees
5. SUMMER or WINTER UNLIMITED CAMPING
(No camping fee for your 5 month period of time & leave RV on site the rest of the year)
$1,800 – no daily fee during the 5 month period except for extra guest fees.
