ANNUAL CAMPER For the year-round camper

# 1. On site storage with UNLIMITED CAMPING - $2,500
• Camper setup on site ready to use but electric power & LP gas turned off when not in use.
• Day guests $2.00 each or overnight persons - $4 adult, $2 child.

# 2. On site storage PLUS UTILITIES - $1,800
• Camper setup on site ready to use but electric power & LP gas turned off when not in use.
• Summer daily utility fee when in use $7, winter daily fee when in use $7.
• Day guests $2.00 each or overnight persons -$4 adult, $2 child.

# 3. On site storage PLUS DAILY camping fee - $800
• Camper setup on site ready to use but electric power & LP gas turned off when not in use.
• Daily fee $29 for 2008.
• Day guests $2.00 each or overnight persons -$4 adult, $2 child.

SUMMER CAMPER For summer camper that does not wish to move the camper at season end

# 4. UNLIMITED SUMMER CAMPING - $1,800 - camper is left on site all year.
• Camper setup on site ready to use but electric power & LP gas turned off when not in use.
• Unlimited camping season is May 1st through October 31st.
• Regular $29 daily campsite fee when in use in the rest of the year.
• Day guests $2.00 each or overnight persons - $4 adult, $2 child.
• Program anniversary date is May 1st or October 31st.

# 5. PLUS UTILITIES - $1,200 - Camper is left on site all year.
• Pay $7 utility cost while camper is in use.
• Camper setup on site ready to use but electric power & LP gas turned off when not in use.
• Camping Plus Utilities season is May 1st through October 31st.
• Regular $29 daily campsite fee for 2007 when in use in the rest of the year.
• Day guests $2.00 each or overnight persons - $4 adult, $2 child.
• Program anniversary date is May 1st or October 31st.

SEASONAL HILLSIDE SITES Premium sites for summer camper that does not wish to move the camper at season end.
# 6. SUMMER CAMPER - Unlimited camping - $2,200.
• Camper setup on site ready to use but electric power & LP gas turned off when not in use.
• Unlimited camping season is May 1st through October 31st.
• Regular $32 daily campsite fee when in use in the rest of the year.
• Day guests $2.00 each or overnight persons - $4 adult, $2 child.
• Concrete pad, full hookup with metered 50 amp service.
• Program anniversary date is May 1st or October 31st.

# 7. PARK TRAILER SITES - Annual Lease, Hillside - $4,500 & Forest View - $4,000. For Park Model Trailers Only.
• Year-round unlimited camping & guests, full hookup with 50 amp metered electric & metered LP Gas.
• Concrete pad, skirted, tongue removed, extra parking. • Water & sewer operating year-round
• 1, 3, 5 & 7 year leases available to lock in annual lease fee. • Annual maintenance package available - $200.
